Objectives
1. To participate in preparing special national plans to enhance
the condition of human rights through programs teaching human rights,
by preparing training courses to enhance the skills of human rights
groups, evaluating and observing human rights conditions, and preparing
the reports.
2. To support civil society organizations and stress their
role
3. To contribute to the dialogue on national Laws and international
treaties organizing public freedom and human rights.
4. To prepare researches, studies and reports and publish them
to execute awareness programs and fulfill the needs of human rights.
5. To construct a database and a specialized library.
6. To cooperate with similar national, regional and international
organizations and centers, and participate in building networks and
a regional human rights monitor.
